YESTERDAY’S URGES ARE FORGOTTEN FOREVER

YOU CAN STOP SMOKING

Why Use Hypnosis?

Many times when one attempts to make a change in their habitual patterns and state of mind, they find their subconscious acting as a barrier to their own personal growth. These subconscious seeds develop from past experiences and can prevent you from achieving all that is possible. A short analogy demonstrates. If you think of your stream of consciousness as a river, and if there are major dams or log jams within the river, the natural course and ability of the river to flow is obstructed or dehabilitated. This is why hypnotherapy is one of the most progressive tools to access when making a break through in your life. Hypnotherapy can move and free these subconscious obstructions.

In the words of Charles Tebbetts,
“Since the subconscious mind is our driving force, we always do what our subconcious believes. Since it will believe anything it is told we can program it if we bypass the conscious mind and substitute new, constructive ideas for its existing one.”

When working with ones subconscious mind and its processing, the stronger the conscious effort, the less power and control the subconscious holds and responds. This fact exposes the myth of the will power method and why it can often feel very difficult and stressful. Often under the will power method the harder one makes an effort to quit, the more one thinks about cigarettes. When you say no to an object or a behaviour you actual give that object power, a negative strength. The subconscious mind interprets such tactics with stress and fear, like a high pressure sales pitch. This tactic leaves many smokers New years Resolutions going up in smoke. Hypnotherapy’s primary role in change is in giving people back their own power to achieve their goals that they are subconsciously resisting, and their past programming is preventing. When we come to understand the mind, we can approach challenges, such as ending a smoking pattern, with ease and intelligence.

There are endless positive benefits in ending the cigarette cycle and long lists of negative side effects when one continues to smoke. This widely available information may help encourage and motivate you to take the final step in returning to your natural state of a non smoker – for LIFE!
A few of the direct benefits include: stronger health and vitality; clear organs (lung, liver and throat); a level of social acceptance; pride and confidence restored; positive influence on others; and a better sense of taste!

Smokers also take 10 percent longer to recover from illness and they are more likely to take time from due to sickness. There are endless facts and resources available; from the harm of second hand smoke to the economic setback. It is now considered common sense that smoking is non sense, as we now understand the illusionary benefits we once thought they created.
